Q: Can I exchange my wig?
A: Exchanges may be approved only for unused, odor free, makeup free, unaltered items in their original condition and packaging within 3-5 days of delivery. Custom-made wigs are non-exchangeable. Please contact customer support for exchange eligibility before returning any item.
